We store only the data you enter: poll title, description and location, the dates, your name when you vote, your answers (yes, maybe, no) and comments. There are no user accounts. We do not ask for an email address. Do not enter sensitive data in free-text fields.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to provide the scheduling poll. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (use of the service) and (f) GDPR (secure operation). Anyone with the poll link can see the poll, the names, the answers and the comments. Polls with hidden results follow their own rules.
No tracking, no third parties
We use no analytics or advertising services. We load no fonts, scripts or content from external servers. We do not store IP addresses in the database.
Cookies and local storage
We set one cookie only: NEXT_LOCALE. It remembers your language. Your browser's local storage (localStorage) holds a secret edit key for your own vote. With it you can change your vote later. The server stores only a hash of the key. You can delete the entry in your browser at any time.
Server logs
When you visit the site, the hosting server processes technically necessary data, for example IP address, time and requested URL. This serves secure operation. The application does not analyse this data. The storage period depends on the host's configuration.
Retention
A poll is deleted automatically 30 days after its last date. If all dates are in the past, the creation time counts. Dates, votes and comments are deleted with the poll. The creator can also delete the poll earlier with the admin link.
Recipients
We do not pass data to third parties. The hosting provider processes data on our behalf.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Contact the controller for this. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. We can match a vote to you only if you give the poll link and your name.
